CERTIX G Gold is a high-quality bentonite intended for drilling works, which is used as a lubricant in microtunneling and within DirectPipe. High gelation and low filtration guarantee safe work in all geological conditions, and ensure good hole stability, as well as low friction forces during installation.
Bentonite used in vertical drilling works
CERTIX G – is a bentonite characterized by a high montmorillonite content of at least 80%, which has a positive effect on its utility properties. The rheological properties of drilling fluids prepared using CERTIX G can be easily modified by changing the bentonite concentration in the suspension. Concentrations of 3% – 6% are most commonly used.
Certix G Plus – is a premium bentonite with a montmorillonite content of at least 80%, which is enriched with a special polymer composition. Thanks to this, the customer gains extraordinary rheological properties at much lower concentrations (most commonly used at 2% – 5%).
Bentonite used for large diameter holes
CERTIX G Extra is a high-quality bentonite intended for drilling work, used in horizontal directional drilling (HDD) with large diameters, in microtunneling, and within DirectPipe. The rheological properties, and especially the plastic viscosity and extraordinary rheological indications at low mechanical speeds, guarantee safe work in all possible geological conditions. This product guarantees the stability of the hole wall, as well as the ability to remove coarse-grained sand and other geological formations. In addition, it is very economical and easy to use.
Bentonite used in small directional drilling procedures
CERTIX D is a high-quality bentonite intended for drilling work, used in horizontal HDD drilling. This product, even at a concentration of around 2.5% (25 kg per m3), guarantees good hole stabilization and transport of drill cuttings from various types of drilled geological units. Thanks to the truly fast dispersion and ease of mixing, the customer will have no downtime during drilling and will achieve significant progress in the work.
