JET GROUTING, BORED PILES – BENTONITES INTENDED FOR DRILLING WORKS, ANTI-FILTRATION PROTECTION – COMPONENTS OF HARDENING SUSPENSION
CERTIX GX is an activated bentonite obtained from high-quality raw materials located in the territory of Southern and Central Europe. Due to its versatility, the product has a wide range of applications in geotechnics. It is characterized by a montmorillonite content of at least 60%. It is produced entirely within the Certech plant in Niedomice. The production process is carried out in accordance with modern technology under conditions of constant laboratory supervision, while adhering to the ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance system. CERTIX GX is used in geotechnics in the form of a suspension. The product is intended for the preparation of cement mortar, as well as bentonite injection mortar intended for sealing and filling purposes. It is also used on construction sites within the technology of bored piles and jet grouting. It is also invaluable in applications that require good waterproofing properties, e.g. when sealing flood embankments, as well as when implementing sealing soil-bentonite or sand-bentonite mixtures.

CERTIX G BASE is a bentonite with average viscosity requirements, thanks to which it works perfectly when injecting the suspension into building components. The rheological properties of the mortar can be freely regulated by changing the concentration of solid particles in the suspension.
SEALING WALLS – BENTONITES FOR STABILIZATION SUSPENSIONS
CERTIX G(H) is a sodium bentonite obtained from first-class bentonites with a montmorillonite content of at least 80%. The raw materials used to manufacture the product come from deposits in the southern part of Europe. The product was created for use in diaphragm wall technology. It creates suspensions with extremely beneficial rheological properties, thanks to which it can be used without problems in drilling works and hardening suspension technology. This bentonite is characterized by an increased ability to form gel, thanks to which it effectively stabilizes the walls of geotechnical holes/boreholes at low concentrations.
HARDENING SUSPENSIONS
The composition of mineral binders is intended for use in borehole fillings of heat exchangers. It ensures a permanent connection between the probe and the rock, which guarantees optimal thermal conductivity and reduction of the borehole thermal resistance. At the same time, it increases the efficiency of the geothermal probe and has a positive impact on its proper use.

The recommended W/B coefficient – water/binder – reaches the level of 0.7. This means that to obtain 1 m³ of mortar we need 1050 kg of TERMOCER™ and 736 l of water. The density of the mortar should be around ≈ 1.6 g/cm³ and the conventional viscosity >50 s. The properties of the suspension should be determined taking into account the geological structure and technical capabilities of the injection pumps.
